Every other employee that I mentioned here made me feel like "family" and that it was much more than selling a car. It's how I was treated -- like family. They are compassionate, humble, and go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. 100% is not taken lightly by me as this is much more than a car purchase -- it is a lifelong relationship with this dealership. I buy from no other place than here and Chris, Eddie and Pete in Service are a part to be included here. It's peace of mind to buy here because they go beyond the call of "just selling a car." There is a reason I only buy here and no place else in Northern Virginia. Fernando was excellent! Wasn't as impressed with finance. Fernando did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he showed me & I was pleasantly satisfied with my purchase. I was passed along to several different people in the finance office and every time I visited or called, it seemed like I was given to another financing person. None of them seemed to know what was going on and wasted a lot of unnecessary time. More

Nasty sales Manager The price I paid was very competitive that was why I traveled 500 miles and waited 3 hours for them to complete paper work. When I questioned the advertised prize I was quoted, the sales person got the sales manager. I asked what her name was and she refused to tell me. She then refused to read the advertisement that I was questioning saying she knew what their policy was and if I didn't like it I could leave. She was yelling at me and was the most rude person I have ever been involved with in any commercial situation. I then asked to speak to the general manager, but even though I waited for 3 more hours he could not spare 5 minutes to speak to me and he was "too busy" to take any time at all for me. More

Fernando was great. Finaincace was not. Fernando from sales was great. The Finance department fast talked through the experience. Recall experience at dealership I scheduled an appointment for today (March 1st) because I received a recall notice in the mail. I scheduled an appointment time for 11:00. After over two hours of waiting at the dealership, I found out that Ted Britt Chevrolet does not have two of the parts needed for the recall. I am not impressed with this dealership, and the customer service. I was told that when I made the appointment, that they did not know that there weren't any recall parts available for my Chevy Impala (which was purchased at this dealership). I am not pleased with the service here and did not have a great experience here. More
