After making up my mind i called her and told what i wanted to spend, the car i wanted and she took it from there. i went in the dealership and she had what i asked for picked out and the payments came in under what i was willing to spend so i left with a 2016 Cameron. this is what services should be like I've had some Honorable experience with dealerships so I've always purchase user cars and cut them out of my car buying process but she has giving me hope that they are nor all bad. Kristina thank you for your help my wife loves the car you picked for me and we will be coming back for the family car we where looking at after we close on are new home. More

Knowing very little about cars, my employer was helping me to decide what needed to be done to get my car running smoothly again. Barbara talked directly to my employer and explained what was going on for me ~ after getting off of the phone with her, he said to me "I wish there were more Service Reps like Barbara around ~ she was very helpful and explained everything!" I guess at this point, I should also mention that the guys who actually fixed the car did an excellent job fixing it....although I do not know their names ~ my car now runs like the day I bought it!! Consistently exceeding expectations! I purchased a 2016 Corvette from Hook Pagnotta on May 8, 2016. He worked with me well before the sale over email and the telephone and answered a myriad of question from both my wife and I (sometimes even at the same time from different email accounts). His level of professionalism, friendliness, and patience exceeded my expectations from our first contact continuing through today. He was incredibly understanding and helpful with many of my odd requests; such as no dealer badges being added, no washing, basically no one touching the car except for me even BEFORE I officially owned it. This purchase started when I brought my 2012 Vette in for a state inspection when a saw almost her twin in a c7 sitting on the lot. I spoke to him briefly and before I knew it, I had the keys to the new one, temporary tags and his go ahead to take it out for a spin. I had hesitations switching from a manual to an automatic because the 2006 Vette I owned a while back was an auto and the shifting was incredibly slow. The new car had approximately .5 miles on it and he let me take it out to ease my concerns without making me feel as though I was going to hurt the price they could sell the car for. This kind of confidence in a customer and the product being sold is rarely seen. At that point, I was not seriously planning on buying the car but that did not stop him from accommodating my request to try out the auto transmission. Needless to say now that the car is in my garage, I was very happy with how much GM has improved the automatic transmissions. The shifts are now just as quick as could be pulled off with a manual version but not quite as quick as a dual clutch auto but that is to be expected. There were a few minor hang ups when Hook had to take my many offers and questions to his manager but he continued to try and work towards making me happy. I wanted $3k+ more than they were offering for my current Vette (4lt, Cyber Grey vert with 14k miles in immaculate condition) and roughly $4k less on the new car when we first started negotiating. There was a laid back feeling to the entire process that I solely credit him for and in the end, Hook and the general manager were able to get within $705 of my “buy it” number. I came in with financing already in hand and James in their financing department was even able to beat the lowest interest rate I had come across after shopping around. While this is my first review about this dealership I have been a faithful, extremely satisfied customer of their sales and service since 2006 when I purchased my first Vette from them. We used them for a courtesy delivery in 2012 for our Grand Sport that I spec’ed and had built exactly for our family from the factory. At that time, I met Chris in service, Glenn their Corvette mechanic, and Hook in sales. I was so impressed by the time and care that they all put into the courtesy delivery (which is something the dealership basically makes nothing on) that I began bringing all my cars to them for repairs and scheduled maintenance. It has been a little over 4 years now that I have taken all three of my cars solely to Ted Britt (formerly Sterling Chevy) for everything and I couldn't be happier. Having the confidence knowing that the cars won’t come back from service with new scratches, dings, or new problems that were not there before is incredibly comforting. I also trust that the things Chris and Glenn say need fixing on my cars is the 100% truth and I have never felt like they would ever take advantage of my car mechanical ignorance. Before I met this group of gentleman and Ted Britt, I would sweat bullets every time one of my cars had to go in for service and would go over the interior, exterior and engine with a fine tooth comb when it came out looking for some sort of damage. It is incredibly comforting to have that level of confidence in the folks charged with caring for your vehicles. I recommend Ted Britt, Glenn, Chris and Hook to anyone and everyone that will listen when the opportunity comes up and I will continue to do so. If anyone there happens to read this I just want to say one more THANK YOU! More

I will say he does everything he can to make sure you get what you want and don't leave there unhappy....Hook thanks for kindness and honestly and all you did to make my experience buying my SUV a great one!!!!! He went above and beyond to make me HAPPY CUSTOMER! I would definitely go back to the dealership and have him as my salesman!!! More
Bait and Switch Truck has 26k miles and developed vibration. Went in and was told a likely wheel balance issue. I knew I was in the need of a new car then also but I really don't like dealing with dealerships, so I had been putting it off. I started looking online at diffrent cars and feel in love with the 2016 Chevy Cruze. It had everything I was looking for even down to the color I like. Being from Virginia Beach I figured I would check the car out down here. Well I emailed a few dealerships and right away I started getting pressured to come in and at the time all I wanted was some information. Which they never did answer my questions. Then Eric( my boyfriend) started in raving about Ted Britt and his salesman Anthony. Telling me there was no pressure there. After a few weeks of hearing this I said ok I would check them out. Started out online seeing they had the excat thing I wanted. So I was up in Sterling Va for the weekend and we went and stopped in. We met Anthony and I do have to say I was impressed with him right away. He didn't treat me as a women that didn't know anything about cars like most men do. I had done my homework on this model. Anthony listened to what I was wanting. He went out on the lot and pulled excatly the car I was explaining to him. While looking over the car he got it ready for a test drive. After getting back from the test drive while still looking at the car Angel came out introduced himself and was very friendly not like most sales managers. Most just sit there and let there salesman do all the interacation with the customers but not Angel. He was talking with us and joking around like a person and not someone that was trying to sell a car. Well I decieded on the car. This is where I met Jim in finance. My credit isn't the best due to poor judgement and a divorce a few year back, Jim worked his magic trying to get me financed, Well no one would touch me. Then Anthony Angel and Jim came and said I might want to try my credit union that I was a member of. Well they definitely know their stuff because I got a check from the credit union came back with a check and it was a done deal. I can't Thank these three guys enough for making it a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you to theses 3 guys again. More
Excellent Experience I was looking online for a new Chevy Tahoe and found the pricing at this dealership to be better than most in the local area. I went to the dealership a week before and Anthony Saunders who I had never spoken to before came out to greet me and I told him what I was looking for. We looked at the vehicles that met my criteria (which was extremely specific). We spoke some numbers and told him I would get back with him after I think about everything. Mr. Saunders unlike most dealers was not pushy at all. He kept me up to date if anything was changing. A week later I was out to lunch and gave Ms. Saunders a call on his cell phone and asked him if he was still working and if the same Tahoe was still on the lot. I told him what I wanted to pay, what financing I wanted, and how much I would put down. He said he would speak to his team and call me back. He called me back and said he can make that deal happen. At that point i told him to get the car detailed and I would be there in 2 hours to sign the paperwork. Anthony, James and Angie did not jerk me around at all on the paperwork. They were ready to go when I got there and we were able to be out the door fairly quickly rather than wasting an entire day at a dealership. Mr. Saunders professionalism, likeability, demeanor and his just overall customer satisfaction skills really are above all of his colleagues in the industry. My hat goes off to Anthony, James and Angie along with the rest of the Ted Britt staff for the excellent experience. One note: I didn't see James the finance guy that assisted me in the check list on this review but he was awesome as well and deserves 5 stars. More
