Purchased a vehicle back in Dec. the vehicle went back to the dealership for body work (which was agreed to have completed during purchase) and issues with the engine. Dropped off ve the vehicle went back to the dealership for body work (which was agreed to have completed during purchase) and issues with the engine. Dropped off vehicle and couldn't find an issue upon pickup my license plates were missing. Then had to get another service date since the vehicle was still having issues again. Dropped off the vehicle in Feb. and did not receive the vehicle back until April. The work was done horribly and some wasn't even completed and was now missing the hubcaps. Again the dealership kept my vehicle to complete the issue and body work. About a week later I responded to pick up my vehicle again and nothing was done as promised other than my hub caps were replaced. The used car manager Kevin agreed to have someone contact me on Monday and took pictures of the issues (also agreed he would not have been happy either ) and as of 2.5 weeks later and me calling everyday still no call or follow up. More

I have been taking my 2016 Ford Edge to Suntrup Ford for service since the day I bought it new from them back in July 2016. I have always received great service from this team, but this most recent time I w service since the day I bought it new from them back in July 2016. I will continue to take my car to that location based on that most recent service experience - give that man a raise! More
