Amy asked questions, listened then found 3 different model SUV's at a wide price range that met our needs. She offered test drives and answered all of our questions. We settled on a new 2025 Explorer. The entire process went smoothly and wasn't overwhelming like so many car dealerships are. Everyone was great and I highly recommend the Kirkwood location if you looking for a new or used automobile. Ask for Amy! More

The service was serviceable. The unfortunate part was the surcharge for using a credit card which was not disclosed. Very infuriating to find that later on my credit card.
