Went in for a new windshield followed by a safety and emissions check. Left thinking both had been done. Turns out only the emissions had been done. Went back in for the safety check. Amy asked questions, listened then found 3 different model SUV's at a wide price range that met our needs. She offered test drives and answered all of our questions. We settled on a new 2025 Explorer. The entire process went smoothly and wasn't overwhelming like so many car dealerships are.
