In regard to your email asking me to reach out to you directly, I will be coming to your dealership Saturday march 21st. to try and get my issues concerning the purchase of your 2016 GMC Terane. In addition to the issues already mentioned in my response to your request for my feed back. there are issues with the car that are not working. these are things thatI I was charged for. I was asked to reach out directly to the dealership to try and get the issues resolved that I have which as you can see from the above email. When I called Sullivan Cadillac Friday march 20th. I talked with the Office manager who assured me that she could help get the issues and my concerns taken care of. she said that she would talk to someone who would be able to help and call me back.At the time of typing this email, no has called back. So it appears that the unprofessional way of doing business has not changed. If you promise someone that you are going to get back in touch with them, that is what should happen.
