Everything went fine with the salesman. I agree to pay sticker price for the car. I specified do not add anything to the car. Upon going over all the fine print in the paperwork found out t I agree to pay sticker price for the car. I specified do not add anything to the car. Upon going over all the fine print in the paperwork found out that the financial guy took $350 off the sticker price of the car and then charged me 849 for a GPS tracking device that I was never told or explained what it was for and why I was being charged $499 more in the price of the vehicle so they owe me $499 and they can have their GPS tracker back. Maybe if they would explain upfront the purpose and why but they tried to hide it in the paperwork, folded up in an envelope when I left the dealership. More

I found this dealership to be very unprofessional and short on information about the car. To start with it was misrepresented the concerns and questions I had were not answered .All the salesman wanted short on information about the car. To start with it was misrepresented the concerns and questions I had were not answered .All the salesman wanted to do was to give me an out the door price which was not the same price as was supposed to be the OTD price. the contract asked if I had been given the time to look it over and understand it.. I was not given the time to do that. After I got home the next day and read the contract, there were some items that I did not feel like I should be charged for. I called the dealership and talked to the sales manager about the issues in question and he said that he would look over the contract and call me back. he failed to call me back and I had to call back the third time before I was able to speak with the S.M. He told me that it was a done deal and that lt was not subject to debate. I worked in sales for 40 years and i never had to pressure anyone or misrepresent my product to make a sale. Enen after telling the salesman that I felt I was being pressured nothing changed. so whatever you do. steer clear of Sullivan Cad.& Buick. More

I take our vehicle to be serviced only to the dealership. Our vehicle was sold to us as a CPO. Later, we found out that the vehicle was not CPO, and it had been incurred into a moderate to major vehicle dama Our vehicle was sold to us as a CPO. Later, we found out that the vehicle was not CPO, and it had been incurred into a moderate to major vehicle damage. The dealership never informed us of a Carfax prior to purchase with the exception that they emphasized that the vehicle was CPO. Will never do business with the dealership however, the customer service at the service center is outstanding. More

In 45 years of car buying, this was by far the easiest process yet. Was offered a very fair price on our trade, quickly came to terms for our purchase, and they beat our pre-qualified interest rate. Car process yet. Was offered a very fair price on our trade, quickly came to terms for our purchase, and they beat our pre-qualified interest rate. Car was detailed and topped off before we arrived. All the paperwork was ready, and final price was actually a bit lower than what we had intended to pay. Rick and Chris took great care of us. Well worth the 125 mile trip. Thanks! More
