From the phone call asking first if the car was available to the trade in value of our car richard was amazing and great to talk to I believe he gave me a great deal on a car that is hard to find and limited to the trade in value of our car richard was amazing and great to talk to I believe he gave me a great deal on a car that is hard to find and limited to get your hands on then he handed the deal over to Joey the salesman which he is on a level of knowledge that I have never experienced in the car business and I buy a lot of cars and they delivered the car to my house the next day by the time the said it would be there I’m shocked never had a car deal go so smooth future continued customer I will be and the car is everything I expected it to be and clean when it showed up after 100 mile drive I’m highly impressed very nice job from the Detailer, salesman and sales manager great job guys I appreciate everything thanks again More

Our new XT5 purchase was very good with our only recommendation to have a speedier paperwork process (perhaps implementing DocuSign). Our trade-in was valued fairly and the financing with Enoch & Caddy Financial was at the best rate possible. The Service Manager came over to the sales area to meet with us (we had been using them for our previous Caddy's) to assure us about their new car service (and free 1st oil change). They gladly replaced the optional cargo mats which had a mfg defect with new ones so all is good! More
