With the past year at the new location, I have not been happy with the maintenance service that they provided. In the last eight months, I've take my car for oil change 3 times. Twice I have to take it back because I found oil dripping. The first time, they said it was a bad part and fixed it. Recently (yesterday), I took it back again for the same issue. They said there were some residual oil underneath and they wipe it. I see the drop of oil again on my driveway. Instead of finding the problem, they just wipe it with a towel. On top of that, they said my radiator and water are leaking. Why didn't they see this 2 month ago? Or did they want more money from me instead of fixing what I went in for in the first place. I'm taking my car to another place for 2nd opinion. Regardless, I felt the mechanic service was not doing their job. They said mullti point inspection is part of the serivce is lie. Good luck to everyone if you are taking your car there for service. More

Avoid at all costs Picked up my contract fleet vehicle from this dealership. Had to call 3 times before I received a return call to schedule a pick up. When I arrived I Picked up my contract fleet vehicle from this dealership. Had to call 3 times before I received a return call to schedule a pick up. When I arrived I was never greeted, not shown one feature of the vehicle nor thanked for my business. The "Director of Fleet Vehicles" never even got out of his chair. I was given the keys and told "click the key, you'll see the car." I will not bring one penny of Service $$$ to this dealership. BTW, the GM never returned any phone calls to discuss. More

I utililized the carguru sight which the car I was interested in as the basis of my fair price. who ever is reading the emails poor customer service the actual staff on the floor I wish I could rate you with 5 stars. I'll add that I had test drove the car on Saturday check engine light was on, an oil leak dripping on the cat as well as a tiny spray of coolant after freeway driving spraying on the fan guard thus the lower than what Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pleasanton was wanting offer. But after doing price shopping and utilizing carguru websight (which the car is advertised on) I offered a fair price. I have to say that some places like this are just out for the highest dollar even when their product is not top. As well as the customer service from Jim Pravo who is obviously full of him self and believes it's ok to disrespect customers on the phone. More
Professionalism Tried calling this dealership to make a service appt. Girl that answered the phone spoke so fast that you couldn't understand her. I asked for service Tried calling this dealership to make a service appt. Girl that answered the phone spoke so fast that you couldn't understand her. I asked for service. The phone rang for 5 minutes without anyone answering it. When someone finally answered it and I mention how long I waited she said they were very busy (like it was my fault I intruded on them.) It is no wonder this dealership has such a poor rating. The sad thing is I don't think they care. More
can't even do an oil change right! Took my RAM 2500 diesel in for it's annual service. I've written a previous review about this visit. Well, unfortunately the hits just kept coming. On Took my RAM 2500 diesel in for it's annual service. I've written a previous review about this visit. Well, unfortunately the hits just kept coming. On the way home from the dealer I had a very strong oil smell in the truck. After letting the truck sit for an hour, I checked the oil level which was about an inch above the "safe level". Overfilling can damage an engine. While one might expect this mistake at a $19,95 quick change shop, but at the dealer?!!! Also on my way home from Stoneridge I noticed that the cruise control no longer worked; the stability track system warning light was on, and I had a "service electronic brake system" warning. All these worked just fine on the way to the dealer for their "service". Fortunately, Walnut Creek CJDR did a great, professional and courteous job getting me in on Monday to undo, redo and fix everything that Stoneridge messed up. More

Finally, I called back la I called and asked for the service department and no one answered. Then I called back and no one answered the switchboard. Tried to pull a fast one!! I arrived at Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Dublin excited and committed to buying a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but the manual transmission Jeep I was I arrived at Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Dublin excited and committed to buying a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but the manual transmission Jeep I was looking for was not in their inventory. They asked me to wait while they easily located one at a nearby dealer and offered to have someone go get it. After they called over to reserve the vehicle and got all the information, they were ready to talk to me. I told them I was already approved for a loan through my credit union with CUDL and I was NOT interested in them preparing the loan for me, but they insisted on getting all of my information. I reiterated numerous times that I was not interested in them preparing my loan. I felt that I could work with them after they agreed to use the loan I already had. They showed me a photocopy of the window sticker with the base price and final price covered with whiteout; I thought this was odd. We talked about the vehicle's options and they brought out another paper with their asking price. I was concerned because the price was high and they had used whiteout on the window sticker, so I took a look at the listing for the exact Jeep on the other dealers website; I found it by vin number. I was shocked to find that they had added nearly $4,000 to the asking price of the other dealer. I brought this to their attention and they didn't do well in covering up the fact that they were trying to give me a crooked deal. I told them I wanted to go to the other dealer, but they informed me that the Jeep was now reserved for them. Is this how Chrysler does business? I told them I was disappointed that they had tried to cheat me, and they offerred to come down the price set by the other dealer. We continued negotiating and got to a price I was more comfortable with and I signed some, what I was told were, "preliminary papers" as I had not driven or even seen the Jeep yet. They sent someone to get the Jeep while we waited. It was about 10pm by the time they got back with the Jeep and I was given the key and told that all the paperwork was done before I ever saw or drove the vehicle. I got home that night with the new Jeep and felt very unsatisfied about the way my business was handled. Unfortunately, I called my credit union a few days later to find that the dealership didn't use the loan I had prepared through CUDL and when I called the dealership they suggested that I refinance. To reiterate the offenses: 1. Trying to add nearly $4,000 on top of the other dealers asking price right under my nose. 2. Agreeing to use the loan I prepared, then turning around to use the lender of their choice. More
