What Others Say

My Dodge Ram 1500 gauge was said that it was overheating so I brought it in to this dealer because I had a lifetime warranty that had a $100 deductable. They tried to diagnose the problem but couldn't find anything wrong. They then proceeded to charge me $324 for a diagnoses fee. They informed me that they wouldn't stand behind their diagnostic fee if I still had the exact same problem. I talked to Ace their service manager. He was super condescending me and to my wife. They were happy to take my money, not find the problem, not stand behind their diagnosic work, and be super condescending to me and my wife. I recommend staying away from this dishonest disrespectful dealer.

Beware. They have the worst customer service in the world. Had our Jeep in the shop from February to July. Only to be returned filthy and absolutely no gas in it. They did not care that parts were never in stock. Finally got the engine only to call and find out that it did not come with all the parts. Could not even make a payment over the phone even when they still had my car and it was not going anywhere. Please take it elsewhere

I am beyond frustrated with the utter lack of professionalism and accountability at Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Pleasanton. My 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has been sitting at their service center for over a month after a major hybrid system component failed. The part (5185094AH) was ordered on April 16, and since then, I’ve received zero communication from the dealership. Let me be clear: I’ve called more than 10 times Left over 6 voicemails Sent multiple text messages directly to the service manager (Gabriel) And still received no callbacks, no status updates, no basic courtesy This isn’t just poor service — it’s blatant neglect. They have shown no interest whatsoever in keeping me updated about my vehicle, even after I've made it abundantly clear that this is my family’s primary mode of transportation. Meanwhile, Stellantis' Customer Retention team has had to escalate the case at the corporate level. Even they have struggled to get updates from this dealership — which tells you everything you need to know about how this location operates. Delays I can understand. But being completely ignored for over a month while my vehicle sits unrepaired? That is unacceptable, unprofessional, and insulting to any customer. If you're thinking about servicing your vehicle here, think twice — especially if your issue isn’t something simple. They clearly do not value their customers' time, needs, or even the basic courtesy of a return phone call. This has been a nightmare.

I absolutely hate this dealership they wouldn't give me my keys and made me upside down in my loan have to take a repo now and my payments were 1,200 a month

We've purchased a number of cars in our lifetime. This is by far the worst dealer we have ever experienced - rude, unfriendly, disrespectful, untrustworthy, etc. Trust me. Go to a different dealer.

11 months after buying my car they still have it registered in their name with a DMV lock. They will not return phone calls. I have been trying to work with them but they are horrible. I got excited once when I got a call from the dealer thinking the issue was fixed. Nope. Just wanted to sell me another vehicle. Save yourself the headache. Find a better dealership
