Credit rating went down because of this dealership! really hate doing this but after all is said and done, the experience was overall not good. On September 17th I went in was asking about a Ram 1 really hate doing this but after all is said and done, the experience was overall not good. On September 17th I went in was asking about a Ram 1500 that I saw on their website. I mean, it's the back to back truck of the year...this is the first American Truck I've ever bought so I was nervous. I was paired up with a guy named Wes who is a nice guy and also Amir, who is also a nice guy. They both showed me different trucks and i thought i found one that I wanted. So I submitted a credit application and understand that they'll submit to 1-3 banks to find the best rate. So i found the truck with the right APR (a little high but it's okay) but the numbers work out. Before signing, went see the truck one more time and realized it was a short bed, not the 6ft bed. Politely, I said i could not buy that size bed and they understood. We looked for a 1500 in my price range and couldn't find one. After going through a terrible ordeal at another Ram dealership (it's their cousin store-go figure) and rolling back a truck contract that I had with them, I was shopping around. I kept getting emails from Experian about my credit score has changed. I thought it was good because i was paying down debt. Well after I ran my credit i found out that between September 17 and October 3rd (called each bank and verified it) Stoneridge had ran my credit/shopped around my score 13 times. My credit went from a *87 to a *29. I went back. livid! I spoke with one of the sales managers, the financing director and explained the situation. IF you were going to shop around, why didn't you contact me OR update me on what you were doing? The credit application says they'll do a "reasonable" job of getting the best finance deal they can. 13 times in 2 weeks is NOT reasonable. When I explained it, they said they would try to work numbers to make it work. later that day a manager called and gave me numbers: 10k down, trade in at 6.9%. I said i would have to think about it because the payment would have to go up (price of truck was more expensive) I had 10 grand down and a trade in that was upside down but after running the numbers from Chrysler financial now it's 14k down and a higher interest rate 9.5 and 1000 dollar LESS than yesterday-this was supposed to be a better deal. So basically because my credit was ran 13 times, my score went down and now I can't get a truck from them OR any place else. I wish this was a better story because Amin (finance guy) Joe (sales manager) seemed to try to do the "best" they could in getting me in a car but they were not able to right the wrong of ruining my credit in the meanwhile making it very difficult to get a new vehicle. Oh, this was the best...they say..."get the truck today and in a year you can refinance at a better rate when your credit gets better..." I would love nothing more than to have a dealership that is honest, upfront, and honest about what they can do. not keep people hanging on false promises trying to make it better. I wish I could in good faith recommend this dealership, but I can't. Buyers beware. More

If you want buyer remorse buy at stoneridge dodge So I was pre approved for 35k. They begged me to come in because I was in no rush for the charger hemi although it’s my dream car. I went in told them So I was pre approved for 35k. They begged me to come in because I was in no rush for the charger hemi although it’s my dream car. I went in told them I have 1k down and ask them to talk numbers and things bc I thought the car I picked out (with specific stock #) is what they were giving me which was 2019 charger r/t. Nope they pulled up a 2017 r/t that needed a wash bad and also had a whole different body style and look. After I told them this wasn’t the car I wanted all their smiles went out the window. Talk about passive aggressive! They were treating me like I didn’t have any knowledge, telling there is no difference from a 2017 and a 2019 but if u know these cars there’s a big difference. They kept telling me how bad my credit was and that nobody else would offer me a car for first time buyer. Blah blah blah. They finallly came correct after threatening to walk out for 45 mins and telling them I don’t need the car they offered a 2019 r/t with the body I want for $ 34,500 with 19.77% apr paying $915 for 75 months . If I would have signed I would b paying $68,000 for a car that’s 34,500. I walked out of the finance office “thanks, but I’ll just wait to get a better rate”. He told me don’t pay attention to the interest pay attention to my monthly payment as he lowered it to $900. Before leaving I offered him a handshake and he just looked at me with his arms folded. I walked out proudly knowing they weren’t gonna get me( a first time buyer, young man) as I left he’s telling me “wait” but no thanks I would’ve 70,000$ in debt with a signature More
If you own a Hellcat they didn’t do your oil change right I went to get my 1st oil change done on my 2018 Hellcat. I asked if they drained the oil cooler as part of the oil change (it is part of the oil chang I went to get my 1st oil change done on my 2018 Hellcat. I asked if they drained the oil cooler as part of the oil change (it is part of the oil change as stated in the manual). They said no and that it would cost an extra $95 on top of the oil change. I showed the service manager the manual as he wasn’t aware of this process. He did reimbursed me the $95. The second time I brought my Hellcat in for an oil change I went through the same thing and had to refresh the service managers memory on the procedure for properly changing the oil on a Hellcat. It’s safe to say since the Hellcat came out in 2015 that they have not drained the oil coolers as part of the their oil change on any of the Hellcats. It’s also worrisome that they can’t even do a simple oil change properly More
Terrible service and even worse customer service Unfortunately I did not read reviews for the Stoneridge Chrysler, dodge, Jeep dealership before bringing my 2019 Ram truck to them. I brought my truc Unfortunately I did not read reviews for the Stoneridge Chrysler, dodge, Jeep dealership before bringing my 2019 Ram truck to them. I brought my truck to this dealership for an intermittent issue. After having the truck 8 hours I received a text saying they can’t find a problem and to come get the truck. I called several times, but my rep, Roger refused to call me back. FYI my truck was at the dealership for a week and I’ve yet to get to speak to Roger. Once I read reviews about this dealership I knew I needed to just take it to a real dealership. When I picked up my truck after having to call to see if my truck was ready, because they absolutely won’t call their customers back; I spoke to the service rep manager, Dennis who did not give a crap that his rep never called me or that my truck was not fixed. As I was telling Dennis how terrible the service was he handed me my paperwork back and said “you have a nice day” aka “F off”. And here’s the kicker, I got in my truck and the problem issue was occurring at that moment. The numerous other reviews were absolutely accurate and mirrored my interaction with this poor excuse for a dealership. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND POSSIBLY DO NOT PURCHASE A DODGE, RAM, CHRYSLER JEEP VEHICLE. The latter will be determined by the Walnut Creek Dodge dealership. More

What an amazing experience After our AWFUL AWFUL experience at Carmax of pleasanton, we decided to give Stoneridge Dodge a call to talk to them about seeing what they can do to After our AWFUL AWFUL experience at Carmax of pleasanton, we decided to give Stoneridge Dodge a call to talk to them about seeing what they can do to help us out. I originally spoke to Hondo Gutierrez, who was super nice and took all my info and had a sale rep reach back out to me. A few minutes later I received a call from Shelby Gutierrez and from the start was very warm and inviting to speak to. I told her what had happened at carmax and she assured me that she would definitely do what she could to help us out and took all our info. Shelby called me back in about 10 minutes and her exact words " We can 100% help you out and give you a better deal than carmax ever could" So off to the dealership we went. The dealership is very super nice as soon as you walk in and within a few minutes Shelby was there and had the car already waiting for us. From Shelby to Hondo and Michelle, My husband and I could not have asked for more stellar service. Shelby and Hondo did everything they said they would and more and understood the situation we were in and my god the deal we received was AMAZING!!!!!!! If you need to purchase a car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to Stoneridge Dodge and ask for Shelby or Hondo, they are amazing people. Thank you guys for what you did for our family!!! More

I wrote an email The service dept is terrible!!!! I was treated with such disrespect from a man in the service dept I will NEVER go back there again.. I wrote an email to the GM, and will be waiting to see if he even bothers to get back to me. I asked for my Vehicle Service/History report and was not only told NO, but then asked very rudely why I need it, and I shouldn't be asking for it in the first place. What? NEVER have I heard of being denied information on MY VEHICLE! I think the man I dealt with has something against women. He was so disrespectful!!! I will tell anyone I know NOT to take their cars there for service EVER.. More
