DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was told by phone there would be a courtesy car available, provided I arrived here in the morning. I spent half an hour driving to this location and arrived for my 8 am appointment. My vehicle required scheduled maintenance which BMW handsomely reimburses the dealership for. After checking in, I was told I would not receive a loaner car because I did not originally purchase my vehicle from McKenna South Bay BMW. Wasted 1.5 hours of my life (round trip) with this poor communication of a poor policy. There was an entire fleet of courtesy cars waiting and available yet they chose not to provide one. I just scheduled a service appointment with Long Beach BMW for tomorrow morning, who confirmed they will provide a courtesy car even if I didn’t purchase my car there. Dealers get subsidies and incentives from BMW for providing courtesy cars to customers, so clearly they are raking in that corporate money inconsistent with the intent of the program. The lease on my 320i was coming to an end, and I decided I wanted to buy it instead of lease a new BMW. Marc Cleary was our Sales "Portfolio Manager" and he was awesome. Very friendly, low key, presented options as in "are you sure you don't want to look at the new cars"? But when my husband and I made it clear we wanted to buy my car he didn't push at all. He multi-tasked getting the paperwork ready, getting me my rental car quickly (as the car was being serviced/checked and detailed, which took a day) as well as getting us up to financing quickly...he is GO GO GO, let's get this done! I highly recommend Marc if you want someone who cuts to the chase and saves time. Now, the financing process was long and tedious, but there is no way around that unless you are paying cash! As far as our experience with Marc...we highly recommend! Not sure why these haters are dissing Marc...he is super chill and was never condescending at all. Went with 4 stars due to the lengthy process with finance. The finance person was way more sales/pushy about warranties. He was OK, got the paperwork done, but not friendly and upbeat like Marc, he was all business and only energetic when talking us into a warranty, which, when we walked out agreed we should not have purchased; oh and it was miraculous how when we first said no, he was able to instantly cut the price of the warranty by 50%. Giving Marc 5 stars. He was absolutely the friendliest face at this dealership and stuck to exactly what we wanted with no pressure. More

My experience with Marc was absolutely terrible. His brusk and condescending tone led me to take my business elsewhere. Just bought a used BMW 550I, beautiful car except for one problem. Several days later after purchase, I noticed the car needed to be serviced as the message appears during start up and quickly goes away. Too problem. So to any potential used car buyers at this dealership, make sure you carefully check the dashboard on startup before your test drive More

I was able to get my car fixed for less money. Tried to buy a pre owned car Looked into a pre owned car. Sales man gets the car and we had previously surveilled car. We said there were some issues with the body he said "where! We said there were some issues with the body he said "where!?" we pointed out dings, paint chips and paint peeling the sales man said "I don't know how my guys missed that", and seemed angry. So I said that being the case I will offer $xx,xxx for the vehicle or about $1k off, during Memorial Day. He throws his arms and says forget it! and says go! Don't salespeople have to go talk to a sales manager about a offer? For a luxury vehicle selling cars in the South Bay I would have expected more attention to detail and willingness to be better socially in these times. By the way this car was thousands of dollar above whats on the market, this was just close to my house. I had been emailing Brad Kim and he didn't follow up when we left. More
