At the other dealers, the sales person seemed more interested in making an immediate sale, while I was trying to figure out if I wanted to order a car or drive one off the lot. Alex made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting into through her extensive product knowledge. I am also in sales, and we have been taught that the best way to sell is to consult with your customer. Alex certainly used this method, and I didn't feel like the traditional transactional customer.
