Today I came in to deal with two small but very annoying issues. I didn’t have an appointment but was nearby so figured I’d stop in. Despite Smythe being very busy, Todd took the time to solve both of my is issues. I didn’t have an appointment but was nearby so figured I’d stop in. It is this level of exceptional customer service that keeps our family loyal to Volvo. I love my XC90 but have had other cars I also love. However, none of them came with the exceptional customer care consistently delivered by Smythe Volvo, and in this case today, Todd. I left Smythe not only extremely satisfied but saying to myself once again, this is why I will never buy a car other than a Volvo! Thank you Todd! More
