My 3rd Volvo purchase from this dealership & cannot say enough good things about them. Bob as my salesman coupled with the Service Staff of Mark & Patrick make my Service visits as simple as possible. Ma enough good things about them. Bob as my salesman coupled with the Service Staff of Mark & Patrick make my Service visits as simple as possible. Mark went out of his way 9 months ago to secure work under my 2nd car's warranty (and i was truly appreciative as he continued to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process). The new Technician, William Hundley took the time to walk me through the car in detail. The entire experience was great and highly recommend this Team to do business with (their customer facing skills are wonderful). More

Santiago was excellent reviewing the financial aspects and was friendly and efficient. Allen was helpful with explaining all the accessories with the car. He answered all my questions to help me navigate my new car with all the bells and whistles. I returned to Volvo yesterday with some personal issues that I had with trying to work all the bells and whistles of the car. Jay was amazing. He helped me with uploading my contacts and favorites. I feel very safe with my new car and I couldn’t be happier! Working with everyone who works at this dealership was the icing of the cake. More
