I had a great experience with Tyler and everyone at this dealership. This is our second car here in two years and I would come back again and again. The owner really understands about putting customers firs dealership. This is our second car here in two years and I would come back again and again. The owner really understands about putting customers first and that is a rarity in this Industry. Everything was organized , friendly and customer focused. I was truly blown away. I highly recommend both Tyler and the dealership to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. Tyler- thank you for making what can be a stressful process such an enjoyable one! More

This was BY FAR the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased what was advertised as a used car expecting it to be safe and thoroughly inspected. Instead, I was sold a vehicle that immediately b had. I purchased what was advertised as a used car expecting it to be safe and thoroughly inspected. Instead, I was sold a vehicle that immediately became a money pit. Within the first month, parts started failing one after another. I’ve had to replace sway bar links, a control arm, shocks and struts, tie rods, brakes, and rotors because they were worn out or rusted. It’s incredibly frustrating to think this car was supposedly inspected before being sold. As a young buyer, I trusted this dealership and feel completely let down. I worked hard to make my money to pay for this car and you lied right to my face. Instead of enjoying my new car, I’ve spent my time dealing with repair shops and paying thousands of dollars to fix problems that should have been caught before the car was ever put on the lot. I was given copies of the paperwork that said they addressed all the issues after “running it through there shop”. To say that they run the cars through the shop is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. They did the stupid stuff like charging around $300 for an air filter that really only costs about $12 and replacing the wiper blades, yet claimed they replaced the engine mounts, which in fact have not been touched. I’m disgusted that they had no hesitation selling a vehicle in this condition to a young buyer. The lack of concern for my safety and the condition of the vehicle is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in this dealership. This is your warning: if you’re looking to buy a car from here, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Don’t even bother replying with your worthless words I’m putting this out here to save the next person from your crummy business. More

I recently leased my second Volvo from Smythe Volvo, and once again, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jesus was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, helping me find the perfect Volvo XC60 Plus for my needs. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. I would also like to recognize Santiago Piriz, the Finance Manager, for making the financing and paperwork process efficient and straightforward. He clearly explained all of the options available and ensured everything was handled quickly and professionally. Finally, thank you to Nicolas Sargentim, the Delivery Specialist, who provided an excellent vehicle orientation. He took the time to walk me through all of the features and technology in my new XC60 Plus, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before driving away. Still cant believe what a positive experience purchasing my Volvo XC40 from Smythe. From the second I contacted the dealer on line and dealt with Aida in phone marketing who was persistent but not annoying my Volvo XC40 from Smythe. From the second I contacted the dealer on line and dealt with Aida in phone marketing who was persistent but not annoying.....And she introduced me to Steve - what a mench! This guy made me feel as though he was on MY side - and I think he was! I was nervous and skeptical and he really took me through it all. I was annoyed by the doc fee but he showed me how I could get a Volvo rebate to offset it. Isaiah was such a good guy, showing my wife and I the idiosyncracies of Volvo and the 40 - couldnt have done it without it. Santiago took me through the prodcess of the purchase and even when he was selling services wasnt overbearing, not a hard sell, pretty chill and made the process effortless. Had a minor issue with the car after leaving....Steve got the dealership to work with me and prioritize the issue - OMG Regina, are you kidding? This service leader along with Ryan the forman and a host of others got me in and out with confidence, courtesy and professionaism - I felt like I was in the twighlight zone of delaership service. Al in all - and Im a tough New Yorker SOB - purchasing my volvo from steve and Smythe was an outstanding experience - Other points that impressed me- -Al the kids ruinning around refilling waters, carrying boxes, directing people to restrooms.....al wearing the black shirt and pants - so prrofessional -Pens everywhere so as not to deal with germs and other peoples used supplies makes one feel like a class operation -Dropping off at service - was like a carpool pickup but was so orderly and polite and well managed. -Waiting room was comfortable, not too fancy. Some dealerships - youre sitting ina museum and afraid to work the Keurig....this was productive and accomodating.....very easy -Management was always around and no hard sells, no heavy or pushy attitudes, just "hello, I see youre with Steve, enjoy your looking". No hard sells Im still in awe of the operation and professionaisim.... We expect to see Steve next spring when my wife is due for an upgrade. More

I was looking for a specific type of used car and smythe had it. I had a friend suggest working with Bob. He was nothing but easy to work with. Very responsive, transparent, and went to bat for me.
