Our sales person Nick took the time to hear everything we wanted and showed us the vehicles with those features. He was so knowledgeable and and made the whole experience enjoyable. The General Manager also helped us, and was incredible to work with. Even the finance manager was great - no pressure to buy anything extra and he had everything prepped for us so that we were done in less than 20 minutes. They have this table that turns into a giant touchscreen tablet so going through each document is fast, but for the first time in my car buying experience I also clearly saw every detail of each page. This was a game changer for me. In my 40+ years of buying cars, this was easily my favorite experience hands down. More

Terrible service most of the time. Very strategic how you’re kept waiting and no one calls you back about your vehicle. I know im not the only customer to have ongoing issues either, last time I was there a woman was upset because no one was calling her back and the receptionist had to deal with it while the guys hid in the back. I took my truck from for front breakes service on a Friday at 12pm. Service consultant Tanya told me truck wouldnt be ready until Saturday she told me by the end ot the day she was going to tell me wha Friday at 12pm. Saturday came about and no one ever called me or text me to tell me the truck was ready i had to drive to dealer xxxx and pick up my truck i asked for Tanya and they told me she didnt work Saturdays.
