Sami was excellent about the problem I was having and seemed as though he was part of the troubleshooting of the infotainment system. He took the time to learn what was going on and how to fix it. Despite being a good salesman, I didn’t feel pressured into it; he simply made me want it. The negotiation process and financing process were simple and efficient. Overall, the dealership had a professional appearance, and the detailing job was phenomenal. This is my second purchase from this dealership (bought my wife’s Accord here in October of 2021), and I won’t hesitate to buy from here again. Side note, the service department was great as well!
