Poor service. Multiple trips. First trip Fil write in the computer I denied service. Why would I do that. I was told they need to take a video of the sound and tha Multiple trips. Had an appointment a third time, when I got there said it would be 2 hours before they could look at it, that they had an emergency. After 3 times for same problem, about 6 hours total, they couldn’t fix it because the warranty I bought from another dealership either car can only be used at that dealership. Never heard of that before. Now I have to take to another Kia dealership and start all over again. More
