In the beginning of my search for a new vehicle, I started out another Kia dealership in Elmhurst, where no salesperson had attended me right away. Bought a vehicle at this location on 08/06/2022 and was told the vehicle was in amazing condition. I am no mechanic and unfortunately took their word for it. However unbeknownst to me the dealership never told the vehicle was in amazing condition. I am no mechanic and unfortunately took their word for it. However unbeknownst to me the dealership never fixed the sirius xm radio that was left in a suspended status and sirius is unable to fix it. The water pump started leaking within 24 hours, the internal compass isn’t working, the battery is shot and the radio itself isn’t working, the alignment is off, the autostart is shot, the engine belt is shot, the running light which I was told was missing is actually inside the engine compartment but the dealership never fixed it. I was given the old bait and switch for the warranty which now I have to hope will get the numerous issues fixed and yet I have had the car for barely over a week and will have to get a loaner/rental. Also, their mileage for their ad was over 1k miles off yet they still didn’t budge on the price. I reached out to the dealership and got a generic email response thanking me for the interest in the vehicle…that I already bought. Would avoid them at all costs. More
