I am amazed at the quality service of the Schaumburg Kia. I usually go to North Aurora Kia but came to Schaumburg due to availability. They fixed a light on my dashboard with out me asking due to a warranty I usually go to North Aurora Kia but came to Schaumburg due to availability. They fixed a light on my dashboard with out me asking due to a warranty I didn’t know about and the North Aurora Kia refused to fix even though my car had been in their care 3+ times since the light turned on. Schaumburg Kia was also A MILLION times more efficient than my normal North Aurora dealer, getting my car done in 2 hours. I typically wait all day from a 8 am appointment at the North Aurora dealer. Beyond impressed. More
