Although he's not on the list below, my sales rep was Jeremiah Lavow. He was courteous, professional, and patient. He made the deal effortless. It was a long day for both of us as the staff was short and Jeremiah Lavow. He was courteous, professional, and patient. He made the deal effortless. He was very pleasant to work with and he connected on a personal level. Once the deal was done though, it took several hours to get the car ready. Some tests had to be performed (They said 2 hours) and gas the car up and clean it. Well.. This took about 4 hours instead. The tests, I understood but then the attendant took about 30 minutes to gas the car up. I was then informed that he only filled it up half way (he is new and didn't know). It took another 30 minutes to go to the gas station and then it took quite a while to clean the interior and wash the car. I was patient and it appeared that staffing was low. The saving grace was that Jeremiah, kept apologizing and kept me updated. He is a credit to your team. More
