Teddy was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the cars, and helped facilitate between myself and managment to get the exact deal I wanted. We worked with Joel on what we found out was his very first day! We were greeted immediately after walking into the dealership by Joel. He was very professional and we did not even realize it was first d first day! We were greeted immediately after walking into the dealership by Joel. He was very professional and we did not even realize it was first day! We actually thought he was the store manager and only learned at the end of the deal it was his first day. This speaks very highly of him, especially given we spent 5 hours prior at other dealership looking at vehicles. Steve also assisted Joel and Clayton in the process and was extremely helpful and sincere. Most of the times when buying a car you feel you have to wheel and deal to get the best price, but we knew they were doing their best to get our 2012 Kia Optima in our price range. We walked out with the keys to our new car and look forward to going back to purchase a SUV. More

Gives you more time test driving and ask the questions that pop up at the moment, the ones you might have forgot. So much better than the experience I was expecting. Dennis was very informative and found out what I wanted to know. He gave me an out the door price which I was satisfied with and there was no haggling. Chris was very friendly and even though there were some problems, he made the problems easier to take. The things that went wrong were simply beyond his control. We actually made three trips back to the dealer because of errors made by Kia. How do you put the wrong VIN on the contract? Although our frustration was becoming obvious, Chris did his best to fix each and every problem. We were certainly disappointed that our "new" vehicle that we specifically ordered had 300 miles on it. This disappointment had nothing to do with Chris. He tried hard and that made the whole experience a little bit easier. More
Dennis's demeanor and how he handled the three people involved in the buying process will bring me back to where ever he is working when I buy my next car. He listened to what was needed, what was wanted, and what was affordable and kept that in mind when asked questions on performance and comfort. His knowledge of the different models was impressive and if there was something he wasn't familiar with he got the answers. There was no pressure from him and he wasn't like the over zealous sales people that were waiting for us to get out of our car. He gives off a very calming effect and was very patient, even when all three of us were asking questions at the sametime. Every so often you run into a person that changes your perspective on something and in my opinion Dennis Ealey is one of those people that can change your experience when you shop for a car. I know Dennis gave us a very fair price, we not only did the research but also asked for an "out the door price" and made sure these numbers matched the contract in the finance office. More
