I am a proud owner of 2012 Kia Optima EX fully loaded. Mo Yusufi the sales rep at Schaumburg Kia was phenomenal in his service (10/10 points), he is professional, honest, funny, very comfortable to talk to. Before buying this car, I have been car shopping for over 2 months and have walked out of other dealerships because the sales guy just wanted to sell and didn't care about my needs or my wallet. But in dealing with Mo Yusufi it was total pleasure, not even a single moment did he ever made me feel like the other dealerships, but also respected my times and worked on what I needed; including sepending time in explaining in details all the cool features and help setup all options on the car. He also totaly respected my trade-in value compare to other dealers and competitions. He provided the most honest and realist deal I saw on the 2012 Kia Optima in the entire Chicagoland area. I was so scared to run my score and Jeff said what is the wort that can happen so I did it. Anthony who was working the the banks saw I had paid off a mortgage with Wells Fargo and called and talked to them about how I had a relationship and needed and 2nd chance to redeem my credit. I got the car and the payment I wanted I was so happy and felt so blessed I felt I had that chance and hugged everyone I was working with. Stephan the Sales Manager was very patient and walked me thru all options and answered all my questions. I felt like I could trusst what was being said to me not like other salesman in the past. I also, felt very comfortable with Mo I was so excited with all the bells and whistles he helped me set up blue tooth and Sirus Radio I will ABSOUTLEY recommend Schaumburg KIA to everyone I come in contact with.
