Excellent customer service! As well as the price met all terms that I needed. I had not planned on leasing yet came into to look into it more and was worked with so well and with such professional ease that terms that I needed. The experience of looking into and purchasing a new car was joyous and fun, which is how buying major purchases should be. I don't think i would enjoy my car as much as i do today if it wasn't sold to me in such comfort and fun. Kyle was very friendly and welcoming and straight forward with me making my questions feel welcomed and not a burden. He also found the proper people who knew any information that he didn't so that i was always given the proper answer instead of making things up to sell me. Stepan took a lot of time as well to thourghly explain all the financials as well as paperwork welcoming any questions i had so that i was comfortable signing the dotted line. Kurt and Stepan also worked very well with us to get the proper payment and terms that we were comfortable with. More
I am over 60 years old and have had numerous car buying experiences over the years, some good,some bad. The one we had at Rohrman Kia back in March was probably the best ever. Teddy Dziedzic is everything one would want in a sales person - personable, knowledgeable and dedicated to making customers comfortable and satisfied with their purchase. I did my homework on the price of the vehicle (MSRP vs. dealer invoice, incentives, etc.) and determined what would be a fair price. (There was no trade-in involved). I had the numbers written down and once we determined that the Sorento was the vehicle we wanted, I gave them to Teddy and he brought them to his business manager. I expected that he would return with a counter offer and the haggling process would begin. To our great surprise, my original offer was acccpted without alteration and we left the dealership very pleased with the purchase of the new car. I've been to the dealership since for free car washes and the first oil change, and the service department was also excellent. Teddy has also been very helpful with questions I had after the purchase - he truly seems to enjoy working with people and making buying a new car very pleasant. If you're interested in buying a new Kia, I would certainly recommend a visit to Rohrman. By the way, the Sorento EX V-6 we bought is an exceelent vehicle to this point. Kia has come long way. More
I came in to Schuamburg Kia mid November and I was looking to get rid of my Chevy Aveo that day someone backed into my car. I really loves the Kia Forte. right when I drove it I knew i wanted it, but slight problem I did not like the cream/white interior they had on the models there. Mo and his sales men were trying to wheel and deal me. But I really wanted the Kia Forte in black with black interior Mo stressed to me that they dont come like that, little did he know they did. Mo's sales team found me a black on black, traded my Chevy Ave - I didnt have to deal with the accident and the next day i had my black on black BEAUTIFUL Kia Forte. Mo is a great sales man! He did a awesome job working with me that day! 10 out of 10 for MO! Thank you! More
My recent purchase of a 2012 Kia Rio couldn’t have been more enjoyable. This was a complete surprise to me since earlier in the day I had visited two other car dealers (your competitors!) where I found th more enjoyable. This was a complete surprise to me since earlier in the day I had visited two other car dealers (your competitors!) where I found the salesmen completely lacking in warmth and humor and were over-the-top aggressive with me. Then, much to my delight -- Schaumburg Kia, a complete turn-around! Possibly luck of the Irish that I was greeted at the door by Teddy D. From the moment of his “Welcome” till we closed the deal, he was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, completely knowledgeable about everything relating to the Rio, and the best part … Teddy wasn’t the least bit “pushy” in trying to force me to sign on the dotted line. Funny how most managers might think of that being a negative trait when the truth is … if there were more sales people like Teddy, car sales would likely sky rocket! I’m definitely recommending Schaumburg Kia to everyone I know, but specifically, I’ll be recommending Teddy! More
My wife and I were looking for a new car. The Kia Soul caught my wife's eye. Since we had previous positive experience's with both Rohrman Honda and Rohrman Ford and since the Kia dealership is relatively caught my wife's eye. Since we had previous positive experience's with both Rohrman Honda and Rohrman Ford and since the Kia dealership is relatively close to home we decided to try them. My wife went on her own to "try a Kia". This is where she first met Matt Woods, who impressed her with his forthright approach and courtesy. He provided her with the opportunity of a demo ride with no high pressure tactics. She told Matt that should she decide on making a purchase she would be back to see him. During the ensuing week Matt called the house several times to update her as to the status of available new vehicles. Toward the end of the week he advised her that a Soul! in the color Molten (a bright red) had arrived and he thought she should take a look at it as he didn't think it would last long. She did not make a commitment, but we stopped in the following Saturday, for a look. Cut to the chase; late in the afternoon, of that same Saturday, we returned to the dealership: traded in our vehicle, purchased the Soul!, and completed the financial arrangements. An action filled day! We did appreciate the way we were treated by the majority of the staff, in particular Matt Woods and the general manager on duty, Kurt Blankenburg. They were both straightforward and courteous. We would both return for future purchases, if Kia is in our future, and recommend this dealership to others looking for a square deal. More
Went in to look at 2 used bmws that they had on the lot. I didn't like the first one, and asked to drive the second. I was told that I wasn't allowed to test drive the second, which was under $15k. If the car had checked out, I'd probably would have put a deposit down today. They lost a sale. Awful customer service. I will never step foot in this dealer ever again. More
I was so disappointed with my buy at Schaumburg Kia, they sold a lemon with a bad transmission, bad cv shafts, bad front wheel bearings, leaking front and rear differential seals, bad fuel gauge, brake switc sold a lemon with a bad transmission, bad cv shafts, bad front wheel bearings, leaking front and rear differential seals, bad fuel gauge, brake switch, the car was not safe to drive, I know they sold me the car "as is" but please, they should at least made it safe for me to edrive, very bad on their part, shame on you Schaumburg Kia. I will never recommend anybody to buy a car there ever and I will contact the better business bureau for this experience I had with Schaumburg Kia, they need to know this dealership is selling bad and unsafe cars to the public SHAME ON YOU SCHAUMBURG KIA! Came to test drive an optima with my wife. Sales person did not explain any of the features or details to us. He assumed since I was familiar with the Optima that I knew all I wanted to know however my wi did not explain any of the features or details to us. Asked about cost differences between EX and SX models and options. Anthony tried to slam dunk me into a fully loaded SX. I wasn't ready to buy since i didn't even have my car there for a trade in. They went so far as to ask me to put a non-refundable %500 deposit to move a loaded SX from another store. Idiotic when I don't have a negotiated number on the car as well as not even having my car there for a trade in appraisal! 3 times they tried to push while i was just trying to get my mind made up over EX Turbo or SX model variations. A total waste of over an hour in the dealership office. I shared with them my trade in information, was willing to give them the opportunity to pull credit, but they were so inept at their own computer system that they had to re-enter my basic information into their system 4 times. Hopefully they never did get it right. I don't want them to have anything to do with me or my family again. Very unprofessional, cheesy and manipulative. They played into the typical stereotype of car salemen. More

I came to your dealership with the intention of buying a vehicle and have made a written offer for the car. My offer was crumpled up and tossed in the middle of your showroom by your so-called "highly trained professional employee", Anthony (I dont remember his last name). Where is the professionalism you are speaking of?? Obviously this person does not care about customer service and the reputation of the Bob Rohrman auto dealerships. I highly recommend to people who are reading this to stay away from this dealership. They do NOT treat you RIGHT as they claim. Infact, you will be lucky if you get treated like a regular human being. Who gives anyone the right to embarrass or insult a customer this way? I will make sure to tell everyone I know (my family, friends, co-workers) to not do business with dealership. This is what untrained and UNPROFESSIONAL employees do to a company. I am a proud owner of 2012 Kia Optima EX fully loaded. Mo Yusufi the sales rep at Schaumburg Kia was phenomenal in his service (10/10 points), he is professional, honest, funny, very comfortable to talk to. Before buying this car, I have been car shopping for over 2 months and have walked out of other dealerships because the sales guy just wanted to sell and didn't care about my needs or my wallet. But in dealing with Mo Yusufi it was total pleasure, not even a single moment did he ever made me feel like the other dealerships, but also respected my times and worked on what I needed; including sepending time in explaining in details all the cool features and help setup all options on the car. He also totaly respected my trade-in value compare to other dealers and competitions. He provided the most honest and realist deal I saw on the 2012 Kia Optima in the entire Chicagoland area. Because of Mo Yusufi's exceptional service in 3 weeks my family has bought 3 new cars from him.... Thanks Anshu Sharma More
