In 2004 we purchased a new Mercury Grand Marquis from Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI, which we loved. Our salesman was Buck Manning. He was professional, friendly and new his cars. When we had the Grand Marquis serviced and repairs made due to an accident, Tom Blade was very helpful and friendly. During the last couple years, we stopped periodically at Saccucci to see Buck and see what the latest news was on the new cars. Two weeks ago we were ready to buy a new car and we called on Buck again and after much talk we decided to chose the Honda CRV-Ex-L which we like very much. Buck, as usual, was friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. A young salesmen helped us set up our Blue Tooth. It worked for a couple of hours and would cut off. He said to check in the manual to see if our cell phone was compatible. We're still working on the problem with T-Mobile and the Blue Tooth personnel. Kellyann Barrett was friendly and knowledgeable in helping us sign the purchase agreement. When Buck had to check on something for us and we sat waiting, all personnel that went by his desk said hello and one young man even brought us a sandwich. How's that for service. We would highly recommend Saccucci for their honesty, repair and maintenance service and, of course, Buck. If you want a new or used car, go see Buck Manning! More
