I did research before I went there. My salesman was Angelo who was very knowledgeable about the car. He was very tentative of my needs and helped me pick the CRV that I wanted. There was no pressure from him and that's how I like to shop for a car. After I decided what car I wanted to purchase, Angelo went to get Kellyann for the paperwork. She explained everything to me, and I signed the papers and came back to pick up my new CRV at the end of the week. They were both very accommodating! I would and have mentioned my experience to friends and hopefully they will go there also and be as satisfied as I am. More

Was just looking for a new Honda Odessey and when I drove it i fell in love. Gayle was wonderful and full of a lot of information about the car. Allowed me to drive it for about a half hour and check out a it i fell in love. Gayle was wonderful and full of a lot of information about the car. When I came with a price from an other dealership in the area they met and even lowered the price a little because of the paper work costs. I would definitely work with Gayle again and look forward to driving my new Honda. I did keep my old Honda Doessey thought as i love it and could not part with it. Now it will be the beach car. I purchased the Honda Care Warranty from this dealer. I purchased my car in CT but they wanted almost double the price on the warranty with less coverage. I’m not someone who would normally write a review but having just purchased a new Honda Pilot from Saccucci is prompting me to take the time to write one. Having in the past purchased vehicles from multiple dealers across RI and MA my experience with Saccucci was beyond anything I could have dreamed up. It was easy, simple, non-confrontational and quite frankly it was the first pleasant car buying experience of my life. I asked Alex for a quote, was provided by far the lowest price I had seen anywhere. I then came in to see Alex still undecided on whether to trade in our existing car and was then provided a trade in number that was well within what I would have expected to see. I can honestly state I did not have to negotiate anything.
