This was my second purchase from Saccucci Honda. The process started by conversing with their internet person Barbara letting me know the vehicle I was interested in was coming in and continued with purchasing our new Honda with Bill Mitchell. The purchasing portion was done with ease. Thanks Barbara and Bill
My only interaction was for recall service. I called twice and was told someone would call back. I never recieved a retirn call. Receptionist was no help both times. She was a bit of a jerk to say the least.
Just purchased Honda Care service contract for great price. Rep was very professional, knowledgeable. Transaction was completely painless and efficient. Can't be more happy to have found this dealer and received such a great price!
This review is mostly involved with their online presence. They have been very straight forward and upfront with their product. I bought extended warranty from them because they offer the most reasonable price, most dealer ship would want to charge an additional 500 dollars on top of what Sacucci Honda charged, and if you look this up online they went through legal ordeal to offer this product to their customers, and for that I am grateful. This is the second time I have purchased this product from them, and they answered all my dumb questions about it. Truly a very professional place, will continue buying from them always.
I was looking for extended warranty options for our newly purchased 2022 Acura RDX (Acura Care) in another state. Was able to quickly see the options available at a reasonable price. Made the purchase right away and could not be happier with the purchasing process. Thanks, Gardiner Reynolds.
Warranty service for Honda on line. Good pricing and efficient Have used before with similar success. Saves money compared with face to face dealership
