Went in to sign papers for a verbal deal. Lease amount on papers was less than quoted. Signed new amount after verifying it with finance representative. Ripoff masters. We originally went in for a standard Ripoff masters. Later on, I received a call saying that we needed new tires, so I told them to not bother with the rotation/balance. We were sure surprised that the final bill still came out to be 100$! 30$ for an oil change, and 70$ labor for an 'inspection'. What a bunch of scammers. We have been loyal Honda people for a long time, but we now will never go back to them again. More

In their service department they have a sign recommending 5,000 mile oil changes. I asked why they recommended that when the owners manual for my Accord recommends 10,000 for normal driving conditions. The 5,000 mile oil changes. They couldn't answer my question and pawned me off on the 1-800 Honda customer service number. I sent Saccucci an email asking some follow up questions regarding their unorthodox service interval and they once again, did not answer the questions and pawned me off on American Honda. I asked the questions again and was told by Barbara Saccucci (owner's daughter) to take my business elsewhere. I will take my business elsewhere but couldn't believe I was treated this way over some simple questions after I had just given them $18,000 for a nealry new Accord. I guess Barabara should count her blessings that her mother gave her a job since I doubt she could make it in the real world with her customer service skills. More
