I took the drive to Saccucci Honda at the suggestion of my mechanic. I live in Tiverton and my only reason for going on the island was to test drive a Honda CRV. I told the salesman I was looking for a v my mechanic. I live in Tiverton and my only reason for going on the island was to test drive a Honda CRV. I told the salesman I was looking for a vehicle but am not positive what I'm going to buy. The CRV was my first test drive and I wanted to take it to my mechanic (he wanted to point things out to me). I have a great deal of respect for my mechanic's abilities, and didn't think that a 13-mile drive was that much to ask. Apparently it was: I was told that, unless I was ready to purchase the vehicle, they couldn't let me drive it that far. Really?? I handed the key back to the salesman and said, "Have a nice day." I will NOT return to Saccucci Honda when I AM ready to buy. And as a 50+ year old woman, I don't test drive cars for amusement. More
