HONDA CARE WARRANTY I thought that I had a good price on the extended warranty that I had purchased. I went on line and found out that I was being ripped off. I called Saccucci Honda and they are friendly and helpful. I purchased the extended warranty for about $1200 less. I would highly recommend them. I wish I could have my car serviced by them. More

The buying experience at my Honda dealer in MA was awesome until I had to deal with the finance people and the ext I just purchased a 2014 Honda CRV. The buying experience at my Honda dealer in MA was awesome until I had to deal with the finance people and the extended warranty. After getting none of the answers I wanted about the extended warranty I decided to purchase the car that day and research the warranty that night before i purchased it the next day. About an hour into the research I discovered a 2008 NY Times article about warranties that mentioned the Saccucci story summarized on their website. Another 10 minutes later and I found the actual dealership and the warranty business. Five minutes later I had a quote for a GENUINE HONDA EXTENDED WARRANTY that cost $1200 less than what my dealership's finance people were trying to sell me, plus it was a year longer. The markup on the extended warranties the dealerships try to sell you is extraordinary, and in my case it was a third party warranty - not even from Honda! When I called Saccucci to purchase the warranty the day after I bought the car the whole process took less than ten minutes and the young man I dealt with, Gardiner Reynolds, was beyond courteous and professional. Extended warranties are an insurance policy for your car that not everybody needs but those of us who want the added security should be grateful for the service and pricing Saccucci is providing. Angela V. was very knowledgeable about the car and took time with us to let us decide by examining and driving our choices. We had always had good luck with Hondas in the past and loved driving the Accord. Our next step was to decide to sell one of cars or trade for the Accord Sport. We found Angela V. to be a very good listener and did not push or suggest short solutions the way sales people sometimes do who are only interested in a sale. Over the next week she answered questions, followed up and really helped us through the process of deciding to trade our existing Honda Fit and arranging financing. Kellyann Barrett helped us obtain excellent financing through Honda Finance. We added a remote starter and have enjoyed the new car tremendously. Saccucci took care of all the details such as tags/registration and best of all we didn't have to wait in line at the registry! The day we visited to buy the car, we were in and out in no time and given a courtesy car so we could go to lunch while the remote starter was installed. Being somewhat suspicious in mannar due to past experiences with other dealers, we were delighted to see that everyone in the process was honest and delivered on all promises with no switching, hedging or games. Everything down to a full tank of gas showed that they cared about the little details and building relationships.
