Gayle made me feel so welcomed and the process of handing over my 2011 CR-V and receiving my new model was easy and non-stressful. Alex also made the process simple and was not pushy or aggressive when we finalized the paperwork. Great overall experience for new purchase and trade-in I replaced my 2008 Honda Accord with the 2014 CR-V this past weekend. I called and spoke to Meagan, who gave me a price and helped me make an appointment to come in and have the dealership look at my trade in. When I arrived, I was greated by the staff and introduced to Gayle, who would be helping me. We went over the price of the CR-V and the trade-in price for my car. There was no need to go back and forth negotiating the car, as I felt the whole deal was very honest and fair. Gayle was very nice and a pleasure to work with - I only spent about 30 minutes there! Compared to other dealerships that can keep you there for hours. I came in the next day to pick up the CR-V and met with both Gayle and Kellyann, who made the entire process enjoyable and low pressure. I would highly recommend others to go to Saccucci Honda. More

After extensive Web research, Saccucci's price was in the top 3, and after reading the article (on their web page) describing their "battle" to be able to sell nation-wide, decided to support this smaller dealership. Gardiner Reynolds was prompt to reply to my emails, to return my call, and the process took less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend purchasing Honda care from this dealership (at almost $1000 less than my local Honda dealer was asking) More

Later on, we had some issues with our paperwork, but Angelo and Kellyann went the extra mile to help us and make sure we get the car as soon as possible.
