I was looking for a smaller car with manual shift and found one online at Saccucci. When I arrived at the dealer Gayle took good care of me by answering questions and going for a test ride. I was concerned about the no haggle pricing but when I brought up that the car was listed for more than Kelley Blue book there was no argument. They sold me the car for what KBB valued it at. What I like best is that I was not passed around to multiple people to "make the deal". Gayle took care of everything. When I picked the car up everything was ready and waiting with the car cleaned and license plates installed. Best dealer experience so far. More

I live in Southern California and purcahsed a 2014 CRV from a local dealer. The dealer offered to sell me a 7 year Honda Care warranty for $1600, however when I said no, the price was dropped to $900, but from a local dealer. The dealer offered to sell me a 7 year Honda Care warranty for $1600, however when I said no, the price was dropped to $900, but I was still saying no because the price they were quoting me for my monthly payments sounded too high so I asked to see it in writing. They came back and informed me that they had lowered my monthly payments and I was receiving the warranty for free. WHAT? How is that possible? Again I asked to see it in writing. Yes true the warranty was "free" and the payments were lower however the agreed sale price was $21,500 and they were charging me the sticker price of $23,775, so sorry but that is NOT a free warranty! So the corrected the "issue" but never another word was mentioned about the warranty and when I questioned them about it, now the warranty was going to be $1400! So I did not buy the warranty but was told if I changed my mind I could buy it in the next couple of days. So I did my research online and found SACCUCCI HONDA!!!! Your online warranty prices are AMAZING!!!!! I am so thankful I stuck to my ground and did not purchase the warranty from the dealer! I bought the 8 year Honda Care warranty for only $1035 and Gardiner was very friendly and helpful and made the sale super easy! THANK YOU!!!!! I would recommend your dealership to anyone! I just wish I didn't live across the United States or I would have gladly purchased my CRV from you as well!!!!! More

Stopped into this dealership on my way to another. Had not planned this, but was very pleased with the treatment by sales rep (Audrey)- professional, knowledgeable, no pressure and fair. Was interested in Accord, principally late model/low mileage used. We looked at both used and new and was able to purchase a new 2013 sport model that had more features and at a better price than I was expecting. This will be my third accord, and I keep them forever. So, I was not surprised at the quality and performance during the test drive. I'm looking forward to the kind of satisfaction I've experienced with my other two accords. Honda was also running a great financing deal (0.9% up to 72 months), so this was great too. My experience with the finance manager (Kellyann) was also positive. No high pressure on the upgrades but she covered all and explained details where I wanted to. Can't say enough good about the car and dealer (particularly sales rep). More
