I was contacted on the Facebook post to contact the Service Director Kamron which I left a message. Kamron called me back in 2 hours and said he was very angry and was taking notes feverishly and would get to the bottom of it and get back to me shortly, well 2 days later and nothing. WOW!! Not contacting anyone else, they have had several chances.
