Unfortunately, I've already given Brian that opportunity. I did reach out to him directly via e-mail. We went back and forth, but the bottom line is he said it was basically my fault and I should have put down a deposit! Never offered to help me find another vehicle or offer anything else. He only said he would talk with the sales rep to make sure to get a deposit for customers who are really interested in a vehicle. The really upsetting part is it was my sales rep's manager who sold it out from under me! That manager had FULL knowledge of my intention to buy it! My guess is someone came in and either offered more money or didn't need any of the items fixed that I had asked to be fixed. So the sales manager took the easy path to sell it.

I sent yall an email and got no response ..lol. This js exactly what Im talking about. Bogus last minute fees to rip people off, and pretending to care about customers on public platforms. In reality your sales manager was extremely disrespectful: "I dont need your business...ill just put the truck on the lot and sell it for 7k more." Basically saying "Pay our bogus fees or get lost. We have the upper hand"
