I have purchased two vehicles at Russ Darrow Toyota of West Bend. The people are super friendly, curdious, knowledgeable, and most importantly always look out for my best interest. If I could go lower on the rating chart I would. Took my car in for an oil change. Had a coupon for 54.95. when dropped car off they were charging me 66 and some change. I asked them about the price difference and I was informed that was was paying extra for disposal and shop supplies. Which I was not charged on prior oil change service. I was waiting in the lobby and and contacted them on their website to say I was unhappy about being charged more than the coupon stated and a 3% fee for using credit card. Total was going to be around 70 for an oil change. After waiting an hour in the lobby a person I am guessing is the service manager comes and gets me and says that they are not changing my oil and parting ways with my business. I left the establishment and contacted the person that contacted me via text and told them about lack of service from them. I hope that they don't treat all there customers that way when you complain about price. More
Went to the dealership looking for a new vehicle and wanted to trade mine in. They didn't have anything I liked. Decided to purchase a new vehicle. Ordered one in, and said my preferred color choice was wanted to trade mine in. They didn't have anything I liked. Decided to purchase a new vehicle. Ordered one in, and said my preferred color choice was white, but they asked for secondary colors. Car came in sooner than expected. Which was great. It came in my second color choice which no one told me, but what had me worried is the dealer thought that's what my top choice was? Okay fine, at least it wasn't green and it still looks great! Then the dealer forgot I was going to trade in my vehicle. They quickly looked it over though and gave me a good price. Then while filling out paperwork - when I said I didn't want one of the extra warranty plans, it almost seemed like the person I was dealing with laughed at me?. Then I was rushed out as the other person I was dealing with was busy trying to sell another car. They did take the time to help me connect my phone but not much else was said. Overall it was a quick process, even with the "surprise" that I was trading in my vehicle, and somewhat helpful. I'm not happy with the service but not really surprised or upset by it. More
