My wife dropped off the vehicle and when she came into my car while they serviced the Hyundai she stated that she remembered why she dislikes this dealership for service needs. She stated that the rep was very dtandofish, that he made her feel like she was being talked down to and his answers were short and unsatisfactory. She reminded me that she had a similar experience during the last time we visited this dealership! I recommend that the service team take customer service training, additionally take training on how to make the guests comfortable as the car service experience is already stressful and a cold down talk does not help the customer or the dealership.
