This dealership has been my go to service for possibly 9 years. David Ruiz, my service advisor, has taken care of my visits and a great guy. There is ample room in the customer lounge and very clean with snacks and coffee. My car is 10 years old and keep on running until now. This latest service, they took care of me NO CHARGE on parts and labor with free car rental. I amecstatic for a great customer service.
I recently leased my third car from Riverside Hyundai, but due to the poor treatment I received, I will not be returning. Shortly after purchase, my brand-new car with only 70 miles had squeaky brakes, requiring three visits to two service centers to fix. My salesman, Raymond, initially agreed to cover a tank of gas for my inconvenience but later denied this and ignored my follow-ups. Despite getting a rental car, it ended up causing more hassle, as the repair was completed sooner than expected. I spent over $500 on gas, Ubers, and missed work, but was offered no compensation. Once they had my money, they no longer cared about customer service. I recommend avoiding this dealership.
They are so genuinely down the earth here. I drove an hour to get the car I wanted. They had it ready to go for me and didn’t play games like other dealers do. Monica and Brian “Big” B were just plain amazing. They’re professional and personable here. I honestly would love to buy another car here soon. Even if you live in LA, like I do, it’s worth the drive out there.
While Ilit takes planning to get work scheduled ( they dont seem to have a quick lube process where you can go in for just an unscheduled oil and filter change) the seem to do reasonable work.
Delearship is fast and efficient.The vehicle runs great and the service manager David, made sure we were happy with the service.
Feras is a phenomenal salesman a pleasure to meet.. He made my husband and I very happy with our new pre owned Genesis. The process was very smooth.
