We had a pleasant experience. The price was fine (as advertised) and the process went rather smoothly. As most other dealers around here, they do add some (useless) junk to otherwise perfect cars ... bu advertised) and the process went rather smoothly. Keep in mind ... they are old school ... still using "long" paper forms to document the transaction. Not pushy with gap and other insurance. One star off for mediocre detailing. More
