Really great experience I went to this dealership last week, the employees were all very friendly and helpful. I was shopping for a new dodge ram truck and a woman named Jenn I went to this dealership last week, the employees were all very friendly and helpful. I was shopping for a new dodge ram truck and a woman named Jennifer was super helpful and made the car buying process very easy. I ended up buying the ram and compared to two other dealerships I visited in person and multiple websites online I ended up paying near $3,000 less than the other dealerships wanted for the same ram. Overall the experience was suprisingly easy and I will definitely be taking my truck to the dealership for service for many years to come. More
Dealer is not always more expensive I unfortunally had an unsuccessful service at other location with my car. Quick acurate answers to what I needed I had an issue with my jeep coming down the Interstate. Fortunately the were fairly close. I went in and described what my issue was to the service te I had an issue with my jeep coming down the Interstate. Fortunately the were fairly close. I went in and described what my issue was to the service tech who happened to be standing there. With a quick pop of the hood they noticed right off the bat there I have a few Dry rotted hoses (jeep has 180000+ miles). We could not fabricate a hose on site, however the parts department made a few quick phone calls to see who had what in stock. We had the part on site in about 20 min. The next issue was that the service department was SLAMMED. I am fairly mechanically inclined so I started to replace the hoses my self in the lot. I had one portion that I simply could not reach Due to the tight area. That same tech from earlier happened by again, and was able to reach into the tight area and had it on in just a minuet. More
Please notify your customers. I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have an oil leaked fixed and to have my brakes checked. I dropped my car off at 7:15 am in the morning. I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have an oil leaked fixed and to have my brakes checked. I dropped my car off at 7:15 am in the morning. When I got there, I told them my check engine light was on. They took me to work around 8:00 am. The driver told me shuttle service ended around 3pm and to call when I needed to be picked up. I called back around 12:30, and they said my car was not ready. I called again around 2:00 for shuttle service to pick me up. They said my car was still not ready. While I was waiting for the shuttle, they called me back at about 2:30 and told me the cost of the oil leak, the battery, the EKG valve (check engine light problem), the oil change, and the recommended tune-up would be about $1400. I asked how long it would take to fix the oil leak. She said 3 hours. I declined service because I had been waiting for about 7 hours They could have told me the cost much earlier. My car was not ready until after 3:00. Then, my car would not start after they gave it back. I had to get a jump. They charged me 109.20 for the diagnosis for the check engine light. I have had that done for free at Advanced Auto. I talked to Gary Dull. He offered to help if I brought my car back to them. He did not specify how he would help. He was very polite and listened. One phone call earlier in the day, and they could have had $1400. I could have rearranged my schedule. It would have been nice if they would have given a courtesy call to give a time frame or to say they were running behind. I was expecting to have something fixed on my car that day considering I had made an appointment. More
