They don't know product at all! We wnt there to buy a truck. The sales man has been there 8 years yet he couldn't tell us about over.half the features on a end of year model. Then he gave us the wrong warranty information over and over.....gets worse.....Then he gave us wrong interest rate and payment. He was actually financing us for an extra year, but telling us we were financing for less. Oh....and the big posted sale price in the window...not true....all of a sudden, with no disclaimer on tag....the price jumps up because we don't qualify for a loyal rebate and another rebate they didn't offer. We discovered this by doing our math and checking with another dealer. It is ashame because we were ready to buy ....loved the truck and wanted to deal with a family run business. Oh well.... More

In that regard, they get high scores, but that is the highlight of my experience. They don't know their products very well, and the sales manager has little initiative or motivation to provide information in a timely manner. As we got close to agreeing on a sale price, I had an additional option I wanted to include, and I did not understand the "Uconnect" option and pricing that was included in the purchase. The sales manager said he got his option pricing exclusively from the Parts Dept., and because it was closed, he was unable to find out about the price of the option I wanted. He also gave me his Unconnect understanding and experience which was at best, an incomplete understanding. He said it would be the next day before they could answer my questions, and the fact that the current incentives and financing options ended today did not remotely spark his interest to try to answers my questions today. Instead, he went on to tell me what he could not do, and how he doesn't even have control over his inventory order. I don't know the reason for lack of initiative or motivation, but he let me leave before any attempt to address my concerns or to answer my remaining questions. I couldn't believe the lack of initiative and the poor customer focus. What was really disappointing is that when I went online that night at home, within 1/2 hr., after some web-searches and a single phone conversation, I was able to get the information needed. I can't believe that professionals doing this for a living were incapable of or unwilling to help me get the information I needed to make the final decision to buy their car. Bottom line, because of his lack of initiative and customer focus, I did not get a new car, they didn't make a sale, and I will never again darken the door of their show room. The incentives and special financing ended to my loss, but that's no sweat off the sales manager's hide. Go there at your own risk. More

They under promise and over deliver and that is how business should be done. Brandy in their customer service department will keep your vehicle in tip-top shape for as long as you own it. She is very customer service oriented and that is an uncommon quality to find these days. Especially at that the level she provides it at. Jeep, Dodge, and Ram put out excellent products and I will be buying mine from this dealership. More

Most other dealers you sit for hours on hours dealing with all the politics and haggling of their sellers. Not here, everyone was nice and easy to work with. We knew what we wanted upon arriving, the vehicles were already pulled forward for us to look at. It was a breeze. Diana Kizer and H. Johnny Van Kluyve were great to work with.
