I found this dealership on the internet. I am a disabled vet, so it is really the only way I had to look for the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was going to be a gift to my sister who cares for me so it had vet, so it is really the only way I had to look for the vehicle I wanted. Also I couldn't do a lot of waiting, etc. once we arrived to look at the vehicle so it was important that as much paperwork be done ahead of time. I filled out the internet contact and (I'm not kidding) within two minutes I had a call back. I scheduled an appointment and then spoke with their finance manager Stan. He guided me thru the online application proccess and it was all very easy with no pressure or hassle. Stan spoke to me at length about the Gap coverage and the additional extended warrenty coverage available. I was a bit skeptical (ok more than a bit) at first since I had a bad experience with an extended warrenty before but Stan was not at all pushy, and just presented the facts and asked me to check them myself. I called my insurance company and asked them about the Gap coverage and much to my suprise they recommended it! Everything Stan told me about how they value vehicles was dead on. I will never buy a new vehicle without it again. Then when I arrived (late of course) I met Michael in the parking lot. He greeted me plesantly and when I told him about my appointment took me right to Justin. Justin was someone I would want to work for me from start to finish. He brought the vehicle around already clean etc. and focused on making sure my sister was happy and understood how everything worked. While he and she went on the test drive I went back with Stan and we finished up the paperwork in record time. Everything was low key, with the atmosphere of people who have a great product and a good grasp of product knowlege. Justin showed my sister everything about her new Jeep Wrangler, and gave her his number and encouraged her to call for any questions, at any time. Stan made sure I understood all the finance options and the different payments and packages. In the end I did buy the extended warrenty, simply because I trusted Stans word. He was open, honest and presented the facts clearly and simply while inviting questions and fact-checking. I was and am impressed, from starting online, to driving away with my sister's new Jeep. It was easy, no-pressure and very quick. I think we spent a little under two hours from start to finish at the dealership, which from my prior experience is amazing. In closing I would highly reccomend this fine team at Bob Fensly Chrysler, Jeep Isuzu. I will be back again for all of my future needs, and I will be telling my friends. Bob Smith More
I recently was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler for my wife. After going to several websites I decided to go to the actual dealerships. We where greeted quickly and the sales person Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew way more about the Jeep than I ever needed to know. We had our 6 year old with us and they where wonderful keeping her occupied while we looked and did paperwork. After the purchase the sales person showed me and my wife the service department, introduced us to the Service Manager, and even bought my daughter a drink out of the vending machine... What can i say... this was a very painless venture and my Wife got her Jeep and everyone is happy... More
Bob Frensley Dodge are Thieves and Liars!! I bought a new 2010 Challenger SRT8 from them. It had no catalytic converters on it, which is illegal, so I told them they had to put the converters on it. Th new 2010 Challenger SRT8 from them. It had no catalytic converters on it, which is illegal, so I told them they had to put the converters on it. They agreed stating it would be ready in a few days. I was shocked to find that though they had put the converters on; they had also stolen the $1700 cat-back exhaust off the car. Don't ever buy a car from these thieves. More
