bad experience here. everyone is super friendly but horrible follow up service. and apparently no one communicates with each other. I drove an hour from home to pick up some thing we were told weeks before they had, then didn't have, then the original owner was bringing it in, then they had to wait until the sales person came back to ask if they had it or not. Very aggravating. UPDATE:: So after all of this happened my key was mailed to me with an apology note from someone higher than anyone we had previously spoke with. A few days later we also got a call from another higher up to make sure we had received the key. {Thank you to those who were helpful.} I've read the other reviews of Bob Frensley and people really seem to love it, maybe my experience was one in a million. Best experience ever purchasing new car. Always hated the process and wanted new vehicles but never wanted to go looking or negotiating. I went to look for a new Dodge Caravan. The one I had was 15 years old and I loved it. I did not want to get rid of it but it was time for a new one. Jeremy Mitchel was the salesman we delt with. He really listened to what I wanted in a van and came up with the perfect one. He was very knowledgable about the van and answered my many questions very pationately. I wish all salespeople were as good at their jobs as he was (is)! My husband, Bruce and I bought the van the night we saw it. I came to Bob Frensley because a very dear friend of mine bought all her vans and 1 jeep there. I trusted her judgement a lot. Brian Mitchel was very helpful with the financing end of the deal. Both Jeremy and Brian are Christians and that is important to me. It makes them more compassionate and understanding. Everyone in the showroom was very nice to us. We went out the last few days will all intentions of buying a used vehicle. I had the preapproval from our bank with me as well as the EFT form to purchase the vehicle. We went to 4 dealers and left. We drove to Madison today and we to 4 different dealers before we wound up here. Right away Jason came out to greet us. He was awesome. I told him the price we wanted to stay under and told him what we were looking for. He came back and showed us what vehicles would work. It was college football day that the dealer and every in the place kept offering us food and drinks! Everyone was great! We bought the Jeep and were out the door in only a couple hours! I highly recommend this place, especially Jason who ran his tail off today to help us purchase a new vehicle. More
