We talked with this dealership for 2wks. They agreed to do a trade on our 2010 Versa for their 2008 HHR evenly. We were told many times they would do an even trade. We drove the almost 2hrs to the dealership and they had all the paperwork together and ready for us to sign like we ask but they sat down with us and told us if we wanted to do the trade we would need to come up with almost $900 more dollars. We told them thank you but no thank you and gladly left! They were not that friendly, no one spoke to us when we came in, had to go track someone down. They lied, and wasted our whole Saturday! More

Incompetent staff, incapable of repairing a vehicle, returned my vehicle in worse condition with more problems than I brought it in with, and refused to repair problems they caused at their expense. Initially there were some communication problems with the salesman. They went above and beyond to correct it. Brian was awesome!
