Hands down awesome I recently found myself without a car do to the one I owned being declared a total loss. After going to every car lot in Clarksville and dealing with pushy salesmen, I decided to look in Nashville. BoB Frensley had the Chrysler hardtop I had been hunting for online and agreed to hold it for me until I got off work. I was worried about buying a car since my husband is stationed out of the country and i would be going by myself. The sales man, Lewis Corbitt was amazing. He was never pushy and let me know that he would take care of me. The whole sales team was awesome. They even went out of their way to deliver the car to my house while I was at work. They called the day of delivery to let me know who was coming and what the other car that would drive them back to the car lot looked like so i wouldn't have to worry. I suggest any millitary member skip Clarksville and check out Bob frensley. I know I will be a repeat customer!! More
I just bought a brand new van from these guys and the experience was absolutely the worst I've ever had! When I finally had enough of the drama and crap I decided to talk with manager Thomas Mowell. I told Thomas that my purchasing experience had been an F*****g nightmare and before I got another word out he stuck his finger two inches from my face telling me he was not going to allow me to cuss him, he acted like he was going to come across his desk and attack me and then of course the embarrassment continued when he threw me out of the building. I'm sure there are security cameras in the lobby and I plan on using them in my favor when I sue Bob Frensley over this in civil court. This tough guy should not be dealing with the general public for any company period. These guys know that I'm a disabled veteran and (other than the finance guy) made zero effort to make my buying experience a pleasant one. Don't waste your time with these guys... More

We talked with this dealership for 2wks. They agreed to do a trade on our 2010 Versa for their 2008 HHR evenly. We were told many times they would do an even trade. We drove the almost 2hrs to the dealersh do a trade on our 2010 Versa for their 2008 HHR evenly. We were told many times they would do an even trade. We drove the almost 2hrs to the dealership and they had all the paperwork together and ready for us to sign like we ask but they sat down with us and told us if we wanted to do the trade we would need to come up with almost $900 more dollars. We told them thank you but no thank you and gladly left! They were not that friendly, no one spoke to us when we came in, had to go track someone down. They lied, and wasted our whole Saturday! More
Incompetent staff, incapable of repairing a vehicle, returned my vehicle in worse condition with more problems than I brought it in with, and refused to repair problems they caused at their expense. Service department failed to call when promised and vehicle was not ready when promised. I will never bring my vehicle here again and I would suggest you go elsewhere. More
