Horrible customer service and workmenship, regardless of countless requests to have service manager call me asap, I still have heard nothing but crickets. Multiple attempts to reach LIZ (service manager) and yet she chooses to ignore failed services which took three times to complete a simple oil change on a suv. Not for schedule reasons, but because of failed quality assurance protocols. Twice vehicle was leaking oil, once from the filter they put on, next from oil cap not put on correctly and oil exploded under the hood. The only person I have respect for at this time is Luis, who was the service writer, whom tried to appease the situation. Again, horrid service department, there was more to the story that went wrong and how we were left hanging with no vehicle and no updates by close of business. Went in for my oil change & service appointment for the summer on a recent Friday morning. It was crowded but I still was able to get in & out in a decent amount of time.
