I come here all the time. This time i needed my brakes looked and and changed. Shouldnt have taken all that long to do that. I sat for 3 hours. It was just sad that even a couple sales guys noticed I had been sitting there for a long time. I did get a discount and some extra punches towards my next oil change. I went in for oil change tire rotation and to fix hatch door it was slamming shut. I don’t think anything was done because it still slams shut. This happened with my 2018 also and you replaced a gas? Overall, it was good. However, they told me I would have to get a new oil pan at my next oil change because threads were worn. After talking to my brother, he said that However, they told me I would have to get a new oil pan at my next oil change because threads were worn. After talking to my brother, he said that means whoever was changing the oil stripped the threads. The only place I have taken my car for an oil change since I bought it is Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL. They should be the ones that pay to replace the oil pan, not me. They are the ones that stripped the threads, not me. They are responsible for this. More
