The Outback XT model met or exceeded our objectives and the sales team of Gabe at the front and Nick at the delivery side were a perfect complement. Payment for salaries of non-revenue-producing employees (company policy) was a junk fee that made us feel taken advantage of. --- Locking and unlocking of vehicle was not set properly at time of purchase, leaving me vulnerable on a long trip — never knowing if the car was locked or not, and it sometimes was not. A shorter warranty on a new car, than a used one, did not seem right to us. More
