I had a really great experience with Jack Brice. He stayed with us from beginning to the end of the process. My only complaint is that I purchased a Premium Accent and now I am supposed to pay a chu He stayed with us from beginning to the end of the process. My only complaint is that I purchased a Premium Accent and now I am supposed to pay a chump charge for a subscription to get Remote start, which comes as a standard option on all other cars. What does the word premium do? It is not enough that I pay for the vehicle and ongoing service but a subscription? More

We met Josh Toler while looking for a vehicle and dealt with him during the purchase of a used vehicle. Josh spent ample time letting us try out the car and having it checked out by a third party mechanic. Also very courteous/helpful. Five star customer service. Mark, Anna and Josh are excellent representatives of Randy Marion Subaru! Travis Philbrook made a very poor impression. Would not buy another vehicle from this dealership if he were involved in any way. More
