Rob has been my service advisor since 2008 and has been nothing but professional, responsive, patient and honest. He takes time to explain everything in a way I’ll understand and work with me when necessa nothing but professional, responsive, patient and honest. He takes time to explain everything in a way I’ll understand and work with me when necessary on what services immediately need attention vs what can wait. While owning a Mercedes is expensive and one must expect pricey maintenance costs as the car ages, I think you get what you pay for and in my experience, no other luxury car brand offers the customer service and amenities in their service departments like Rallye does. Highly recommend. More

This dealership recommended work that was not necessary. More specifically my GL450 had a problem with the rear suspension. We were told to replace the entire rear suspension system. It was a poor diagnosis More specifically my GL450 had a problem with the rear suspension. We were told to replace the entire rear suspension system. It was a poor diagnosis . In fact, we could have made that diagnosis on our own as novices. It would have been better to see what part of the rear suspension system was faulty. Of course that would be less expensive to fix. Thank goodness we took our vehicle to a local mechanic and he replaced the air bags in the suspension system. He showed us where they were leaking and our vehicle was fixed at less than a quarter of the price. We expected more professional from this dealership and are disappointed. More
